Loki is a new transaction protocol that focuses on private, untraceable and decentralised communication.
It’s an Open Source project that uses the concept of SNApps that run on incentivised “Service Nodes” (like Masternodes). Loki Messenger is the first SNApp, but it’s an open platform, running on their own blockchain, where developers can build and deploy their own applications.
The Loki team are holding a launch party this Friday at YBF Ventures in Melbourne, with a panel discussion titled “Creating A Cryptocurrency”.
You can learn more about Loki on their official website at loki.network.
You can find a link to the launch party at Eventbrite here.
It looks like an interesting project lead by a solid local team, and one worth following.
